Augustine “Tino” R. was born on October 17, 1920 in San Antonio, TX. The Gardens of Castle Hills, the senior living community he’s called home since June of this year, helped him celebrate his special day.
Tino has been married to his wife Zulema for 71 years. Together they have four sons, 12 grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
Tino spent much of his working life as a plumber. He shared his secret to longevity is, “Don’t miss breakfast, eat slowly, a shot of tequila, and have strong faith.”
